1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Air Menu website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Air Menu provides digital solutions including but not limited to web design, corporate email setup, visual identity branding, digital menu systems (i-Menu), digital business cards (i-Card), SEO services, and social media management. The specific scope of services will be defined in the service agreement between Air Menu and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services. The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables specifically created for them. Air Menu retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payments and Fees

All service fees are as quoted in the service agreement. Payments are due according to the schedule specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is cleared.

6. Limitation of Liability

Air Menu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Changes to Terms

Air Menu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
